Kroch Library Division of Rare and Manuscript  Collections, The Gustav Edward Kappler Papers: Vietnam  Experience      Veterans Affairs   • Active since 1972: individual counseling, medical advising   • Lectured and counseled hospital staff and community in mid-80’s during Delayed Stress Epidemic, today’s PTS(D)   • Prime mover in dedicating the Vietnam Veterans Memorial  at Fulton Montgomery Community College in 1984 for the  thirty-seven men killed in Vietnam from our tri-county area   • Organized a rededication of the same Memorial on September 10, 2016 during a visit of the “Traveling Wall”   • Participated as a client in and suggested neural pathways for healing results of Saratoga WarHorse
